These terms govern your use of the Vortex Discord bot and dashboard. By installing or using Vortex, you agree to them.

Authorized use

You must be permitted to manage every Discord community, Nitrado service, and DayZ server you connect. You are responsible for your members, configuration choices, and backups.

Virtual features

Balances, rewards, rentals, and casino chips are virtual server features with no cash value. Server administrators control their availability and rules.

Acceptable use

Do not use Vortex to break laws, abuse Discord or Nitrado, compromise another service, evade platform restrictions, distribute malware, or harass other people.

Third-party services

Vortex depends on Discord, Nitrado, and DayZ services. Their terms also apply, and interruptions or API changes may affect Vortex.

Availability and liability

Vortex is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted operation. To the extent allowed by law, its operators are not liable for lost data, server downtime, configuration changes, or indirect damages.

Suspension and changes

Access may be suspended for abuse or security risk. These terms may be updated as Vortex changes; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
