This policy explains the information Vortex processes to operate its Discord bot and DayZ server dashboard.

Information processed

• Discord account, server, role, and channel identifiers and basic profile information.
• Linked DayZ gamertags, server logs, gameplay events, statistics, playtime, and locations when those features are enabled.
• Dashboard settings, economy transactions, shop orders, quests, rewards, factions, bounties.
• Nitrado connection credentials and service identifiers needed to perform requested server operations.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate administrators, operate configured features, deliver purchases, post Discord feeds, diagnose errors, prevent abuse, and maintain service reliability.

Sharing

Vortex sends information to Discord and Nitrado only as needed to provide configured features. Information is not sold. Server administrators choose which configured events and player details appear in their Discord channels.

Storage and security

Access is restricted to authorized accounts, and sensitive connection credentials are protected in storage. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

Retention and deletion

Information is retained while needed for active features, operational records, security, and legal obligations. A server administrator can disconnect services or request deletion through the official Vortex support community.

Your choices

You may stop using Vortex, unlink your account where available, or ask your server administrator about information maintained for that community.

Changes and contact

This policy may be updated as Vortex changes. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to the Vortex operator through the official support community where you obtained access.
